Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter, or by using the withdrawal function on our website at “Withdraw from contract”:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You do not need our prior approval. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

Returning the goods

Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please pack the goods securely and include your order number if possible. The original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Refund

If you withdraw from the entire contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method you chose are not refunded.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Bundle orders

If you withdraw from only part of a bundle order (for example one of three masks), we refund the amount you actually paid for that mask, i.e. its share of the bundle price.

Inspecting the goods and loss of value

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, for example by trying them on as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this, for example if the mask has been worn on the slopes or washed.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and describe the problem if possible. Photos help but are not a condition for your statutory rights. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. For a justified warranty claim, we cover the necessary shipping costs.

Orders from outside the EU

We voluntarily grant consumers with a delivery address outside the European Union (for example in Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway) the 14-day right of withdrawal described above on the same terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
